Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

Nature Factory welcomes the participation of a select group of doctors, specialists, and professional trainers in the fields of nutrition and health. Our aim is to enrich the experience of our clients and provide integrated and high-quality nutritional and health services. These terms and conditions define the legal and regulatory framework of the relationship between the specialist and the platform, and the specialist's acceptance of them is a mandatory condition for completing the registration process and activating an account.

1. Nature of the Contractual Relationship:

  • Both parties acknowledge that this is an independent professional cooperation agreement, intended to complement the services provided to clients.
  • These terms do not create any employment, partnership, agency, or legal representation relationship.

2. Responsibilities of the Parties:

2.1 Nature Factory’s Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality and safety of food products.
  • Providing technical and operational support.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of data.

 

 

2.2 Specialist’s Responsibilities:

  • Providing scientifically and ethically accurate recommendations.
  •  Ensuring the validity of their qualifications and keeping them up to date.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of client data.
  •  Cooperating in resolving client complaints.

3. Registration and Approval Conditions:

  • Providing accurate information and valid certificates.
  • Nature Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any application without justification.
  • Acceptance of these terms is mandatory for registration.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights:

  • Nature Factory retains all rights to the design and content of the platform.
  •  All marketing materials prepared by the specialist become the exclusive property of Nature Factory.
  •  The company may use these materials without referring to the specialist.

5. Amendments, Suspension, and Termination:

  • The company has the right to amend the terms and notify the specialist accordingly.
  • The account may be suspended if the terms are violated or if harm is caused to the platform.
  • The specialist has the right to request account termination with prior notice of at least 15 days.

 

 

6. Disclaimer:

  • Nature Factory is not responsible for the outcomes of the recommendations provided by specialists.
  • Recommendations are advisory in nature only.
  • The specialist bears full responsibility for the content of their consultations.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
  •  Disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the competent Kuwaiti courts.

8. Communication and Notifications:

  •  Communication is conducted via email or through the platform.
  • The specialist must keep their information up to date.

9. General Provisions:

  • This document constitutes the complete agreement between the parties.
  • The specialist may not assign their obligations without written approval.
  • The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
